Paying Your Bill Is Easy
We offer two convenient payment options, Direct Billing and AutoPay, for customers with monthly Service Plans. Please continue to pay any outstanding charges as billed and allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your requested changes to go into effect.
To sign up for Direct Billing and pay on your monthly utility bill we will need the 10-digit Electric Choice ID number found on the front of your utility bill.
To sign up for AutoPay, print and complete the application then send it back to us.
